After the first Ninetology Experiential Flagship Touch Point at Plaza Low Yat, Ninetology had now expanded to the Northern region with the second Experiential Flagship Touch Point at Gurney Paragon, Penang.
Both experiential centers in Gurney Paragon and Low Yat Plaza, Kuala Lumpur focuses on upholding Ninetology’s after sales service, 9care. 9care is available both online and offline, hence users can now find convenience to identify or solve any issues regarding their devices. The Ninetology’s Flagship Touch Point is opened from 10.00am to 10.00pm daily.
Launching ceremony was graced by the management team of Ninetology ASEAN comprising of Mr Sean Ng (Chief Executive Officer), Mr Marco Beh (Chief Operating Officer), Mr Leslie Loh (Chief Digital Officer) plus Malaysian singer and songwriter, Yise Loo.

For the opening, the Gurney Paragon Ninetology Experiential Flagship Touch Point also had the Unlock Screen Challenge, where customer would get the chance to unlock the U9Z1T screen with a 9 dots special code.
